2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and services of I.G.P Diensten, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By accepting a quote or confirming an order, the client agrees to these terms.

3. Quotes and prices

• All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A quote only becomes binding after written or verbal confirmation by I.G.P Diensten.

4. Service delivery

• I.G.P Diensten commits to performing agreed services with care and professionalism.
• The client ensures a safe and accessible working environment.
• Scheduled dates may be adjusted by mutual agreement in cases of force majeure.

5. Payment

• Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payment automatically incurs 10% interest per year and a flat-rate fee of €50.

6. Cancellation

• Cancellation by the client more than 48 hours before the planned date: free of charge.
• Cancellation within 48 hours: 30% of the quoted amount may be charged as compensation.
• I.G.P Diensten reserves the right to cancel an assignment in cases of force majeure, without further compensation.

7. Liability

• I.G.P Diensten is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment.
• The client is responsible for correctly informing I.G.P Diensten of any special circumstances or risks.

8. Complaints

Complaints about services rendered must be reported in writing within 7 days of completion, via info@igpdiensten.be. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days.

9. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. In case of disputes, the courts of I.G.P Diensten's place of business have jurisdiction.
